I had a tire with a nail that Hay Tire in Mt Pleasant quickly fixed Friday morning and I was able to resume work. They have attentive and curteous office employees who make sure the repairs or service is promptly completed. I buy tires, get oil changes, and other service as needed. They do a great job!

I showed up unannounced at about 2:30 in the afternoon. I had a Golf Cart tire and wheel and needed a new tire which I had mounted. Fairly simple job, but the tech was tied up working another vehicle. The service manager said it may take a while and I said I understood. But before the service manager could even write up the ticket the tech had already replaced my tire and I was ready to go. Probably spent less than 15 minutes total at Hay tire. Absolutely could not ask for better service. Thank you.

I always go to Hay Tire for service and tires. My experience is they are always polite, cheerful and really nice to deal with. I’m a bit of a procrastinator and they always have graciously worked me in. They are great to work with and I highly recommend the Johnnie Dodds location.
