Very helpful and straight forward! The price was reasonable and the time estimate they gave was spot on. I had a flat in the early afternoon on a Thursday, and they were able to get me new tires by the end of the day. Would definitely recommend and go again!

My daughter, who attends CofC, came into your shop early this morning with a huge screw in her tire. She was stressed, in a hurry and not sure it could be plugged. She spoke with Josh T who took it in quickly, got the tire off the car, and plugged. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that not only was it taken care of quickly, but Josh didn't even charge her!!! You have a customer for life!

Rolled into HAY with 15 PSI after picking up a bolt in my rear tire. They had me in and out in under 30 mins. Such a great crew there with professionalism and care. Hope I don’t see them soon but if I had to I’m only going to HAY. Thanks Team!

Arrived in Mount Pleasant after a 2,600 mile drive (in a 2025 Camry purchased a week earlier) from southwest Colorado on Sunday evening and realized the left front tire was flat. Had no indication until crossing the river bridge that there was any issue with the tire. Replaced with the spare that night, and found online that Hays Tire was only a 5 minute drive away. Monday am drove to the store and, as I drove in, employees noticed a second tire also was flat - again I had no indication that tire also was flat. Tires destroyed from being driven on for an unknown distance. Very capable and friendly employees were able to get me on my way in time for the wife's early lunch at Hyman's Seafood. Recommend the business very highly.

I left work and found a nail in my tire as I was about to drive to a conference in Atlanta that I needed to get to ASAP. Hays got me in right away and repaired my tire in less than 45 minutes. They were accommodating, thorough, and fairly priced. I will definitely use them again for future issues.

Just needed a tire mounted for my golf cart. I use Hay for regular tires, oil changes, etc. This was just a quick stop. They took the tire in and mounted in no time at all. My golf cart is back on the road. Always friendly and helpful at Hay Tire. I regularly recommend them to friends and relatives.
