Update 2025: Been going here for the last 7 years or so. Yes they went through a management change and went corporate. And today it's hard to find good mechanics. Having said that ....the people here work hard and do care about y'all. Have a bit of patience because they're understaffed right now. But they still do a good job! I won't take my car anywhere else. First time here. Needed my wheel bearing replaced, and they were able to get me in and out with an oil change. On a Saturday! I am very pleased. Customer service is fantastic. Taking it back in soon to find the mysterious clunking. I'm very happy to have such a wonderful shop so close to home.

I went in on the Friday after Thanksgiving. They only had two employees show up for work that day. One running the country, and one working on tires. They did a great job getting the four new tires on my car in a timely manner. While still taking car of the walk-ins needing help. Get service.

Hays nails the customer service experience and I so appreciate them! I have been a 20 year Gerald’s customer and will only go to hays from now on. I called Thursday afternoon while waiting for a tow for double flats. Ouch. They confirmed their hours and said even if I arrive later they would be there. I arrive via universal towing, and they take my name. I was then offered the courtesy vehicle by Liz just happened to be brought back. This solo parent was so grateful. She gave me an estimate and said tomorrow by lunch. They also have coffee and COLD water, clean bathrooms and an honestly comfortable waiting room. Car was done on time, seamless checkout and honestly interacting with such a well ran customer oriented company made my day. Thank you Liz, I do hope they appreciate your energy! ✨ You are a gem.

Everyone can have a different experience just about anywhere. I got a tire repaired here yesterday. The lady who answered the phone, checked me in and handled my payment was outstanding at customer service. They had me in and out in what seemed like 30 minutes. I will go back there in the future for tire needs.
