Went there yesterday for much needed tires. Staff was so helpful even before I went … Nicole called me due to the fact that the tires I requested weren’t available, she helped get a different tire ( actually better I think) for the same cost I was quoted. But I went and got my tires and waited in their nice clean waiting room. Before long they were done and I wasn’t harassed or pressured into any upsells etc. I am so pleased!!! Will definitely use Hay Tires for all my future automotive needs!

I made an appt with Hays Tire Pros after having my scheduled appt with Pep Boys cancelled… but not until I had driven 50 minutes to get there. My experience with Hays Tires could not have been more different. The manager, Nicole Pitts, updated me on the progress of the car, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I was given a before/after picture showing the difference in my alignment. Well worth the trip there! I would highly recommend them.

Hay Tire was recommended on the local Tesla owners site and I’m glad it was. Went to two tire shops on Folly Rd first with a slow leak tire and had no luck. The first wouldn’t work on a Tesla and the second wouldn’t fix the tire saying it needed replacement (for only $370). Ended up driving just a little further to Hay Tire and they diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed the tire and did not charge me. They said they handled four or five teslas a day for normal tire service and were happy that they could provide service to EVs. I certainly know where I’m going for new tires. What a pleasant experience. I give them them five clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.

I started taking my State vehicle to Hay over a decade ago. While it was being serviced I did work using my laptop outside the TV lounge waiting area. I could hear the customers talking to the staff while picking up and dropping off vehicles. What impressed me the most was how often they told customers things like "We put air in the tire and checked it for leaks. The tire is fine." When the customer asked how much, they said "There's no charge". I heard similar dialog over and over again concerning brakes, steering, suspension, etc. This place does not upsell or try to convince you that you need unnecessary work. If you are like me, that is something you worry about when you take your car to a shop. All of my family cars have been serviced at Hay for many years with no issues. Their oil change services cost less, and are more comprehensive than the "quick change" places. About 2 years ago I took my Ford Escape in for an oil change. I asked them to check the brakes that I thought were making a slight grinding sound. When I picked up the car they charged me for the oil change and said "the brake pads still had some life but I probably should get them replaced after another 10k miles." Wonder why I trust them?

I had a wonderful experience at Hay Tire Pros! It was my first time but I had heard wonderful things so I wanted to give them a try when I found a nail in my tire. They were very friendly & accommodating. I had a short wait time and was impressed by their two waiting areas and complementary coffee. I think their prices are more than fair. Highly recommend!

I've, unfortunately, had to get a new tire twice in the last six months. I went to Hays both times. Both times they were easy to schedule with, communicative about timelines and pricing, and understanding about finding an appropriate tire in my budget. The second time, the 30-ish hours leading up to dropped my car off at Hays were harrowing and exhausting. When I got the phone call just a few hours later that my car was ready, I nearly cried for how quick and easy it was (and again, they worked with me on budget.) Thanks Hays!

I went in on Saturday for what I thought was going to be a quick lug nut replacement for my tire. It ended up being a huge ordeal; however, my car was in great hands with Ricky leading the way. I had full trust in what they did and appreciated their kindness and clear communication throughout the whole process. I will definitely be back for all my car repair needs!

Had a flat tire so took my car to the nearest shop, not having been to Hays before. I walked in simply asking for a new tire; although it was a busy Monday they took the time to take my car back and check it out. The problem was located and able to be fixed, saving me from having to buy a new tire. Phill was so kind, and relieved a lot of my stress. 110% recommended.
