I called on a Monday. They had the tires in fast and my appointment set for Wednesday morning. Took them about an hour to change all four tires. Best price I could find for Pirelli tires in the area.

Good service, nice people, fair prices. Things took a bit longer than originally stated but overall this was surely the best experience I've had getting my vehicle repaired. The staff in particular seemed highly professional yet still very friendly. Definitely would recommend.

After using a different tire company for many years (mostly because of proximity), I had the need to change. I’ve been to the West Ashley location several times now & although the wait was very long one time when I went on a whim, it has gone much better by planning my visits. Unfortunately, anything to do with vehicles these days does not happen very fast mainly because of the volume of needs vs reputable companies. Having managed a business for decades, I know firsthand the frustration of obtaining & retaining good workers. My experience is that Hay Tire seems to be one of the best in their business. One thing I know is that everyone has bad days no matter what business it is. I am very satisfied with Hay.

The guys/gals at Hay Tire Pros fixed my AC in my truck. I had to take it back after they gave it back to me the first time but they made it right and got my AC blowing cold again. Very kind and respectful people, I definitely recommend.

Helped me while I was in a hard situation . Being from 2 hrs away, tire was flat and my spare was at my house because that makes sense. Not only did they work with me to get a new tire, they changed it out quickly and explained how my original was even flat to begin with. Great place
