When my tire was losing air mysteriously I dropped it off at Hay. Henry was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind with his words and actions. I didn’t feel lost at all as he described the condition and possible reasons. Additionally, since they didn’t find anything needing fixing, it was no charge, which is so kind of them. They’re truly genuine people just looking to help your car out, I couldn’t ask for more careful hands. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was extremely pleased with Hay Tire's communications and service. I ordered my tires and set up the appointment through their website. They quickly responded that they had received my order and would shortly confirm whether they could accommodate my requested installation time and date. Within ~30 minutes everything was set. I dropped my car off and within two hours received a text that the car was ready. Could not have been easier. The best thing was I was dealing with a local business and the total price was slightly less than if I had bought the tires from Tire Rack and paid another business for installation.

What really stood out to me was their thoroughness. They didn’t just throw the tires on and call it a day they inspected my brakes, alignment, and even made sure my air pressure sensors were working properly. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days. It’s also a clean, well-organized shop, and you can tell the employees enjoy what they do. For me, this is one of the old-school places where everyone is honest and works hard. I’m sure there are lots of those places around. This is one of them. Staff handled everything super efficiently and I was out the door in no time. Above all, I trust them. Will be back for other services when need be. Highly recommend!

I stopped in because my car displayed a low tire pressure message. The woman at the counter said they were booked for the day but I could drive to one of the garage bays and someone would check the tire pressures. Josh checked the pressures and discovered a screw in the tire with the warning. He said if I came back in an hour or two he C would take care of it. I returned and Josh repaired the tire in minutes! I was getting ready to listen to an audiobook and was told my car was ready. Only $39, too! I am so happy I stopped in.
