I stopped in because my car displayed a low tire pressure message. The woman at the counter said they were booked for the day but I could drive to one of the garage bays and someone would check the tire pressures. Josh checked the pressures and discovered a screw in the tire with the warning. He said if I came back in an hour or two he C would take care of it. I returned and Josh repaired the tire in minutes! I was getting ready to listen to an audiobook and was told my car was ready. Only $39, too! I am so happy I stopped in.

I always trust my vehicles to Hay Tire Pros of Mount Pleasant. They do good work and are friendly every time I am here. Free tire rotation if you buy tires there. Sometimes I stop by and check my tire pressure at no charge. Oil change prices are great too.

From past experiences with other tire shops, my expectations were low. I was expecting minimal drive to form a relationship from anyone at the desk; figured they’d replace my tires at sluggish pace, and it would be a frustrating event start to finish. Hay Tire must’ve discovered the right people for the job. Fantastic service beginning to end. The man I met after walking through Hay Tire’s front door, has flipped my expectations. I verbally shared I would praise the employee I first met. Henry Satterwhite welcomed me with a smile and visually showed this wasn’t just a job to him. He shared his expertise and made sure I would be taken care of. I received what I needed, had a few laughs, and I was thrilled how well the interaction went. After two days, my vehicle was ready for pickup. Henry even apologized it took a second day. I will only go to Hay Tire from now on. Already have Hay Tire stickers on my work vans and my personal vehicle. Looking forward to our next visit

These guys are the real deal! They are so incredibly helpful and will have your car in and out as fast as possible! I cannot recommend them more, they helped me change out the dead battery in my car as well as replace a flat tire and dry rotted tire. It was relatively inexpensive too. These guys are great, go to Hay Tire for your car needs seriously!!

My engine light had been coming on since April. I took it to Pep Boyz on Rivers Ave. (Why did I do that? Smh Possibly my desperation in finding someone who could fix it without holding my car anywhere from 10-14 days. While not even guaranteeing that my car would be looked at within that time frame like my dealership was) Anyways, after spending 15000+ dollars at the other establishment and my engine light coming back on two more times, I gave up on PB, and went searching elsewhere. I actually found Hay Tires Pro while reading a negative review on another establishment in the area. They said nothing, but good things. I gave it a shot and I ended up working with Lewis. He's such a polite and professional guy. He keeps you in the loop with what going on with your car. He showed me the crappy job that they did on a part inside my car, that instead of just giving me the option of buying my part from the dealer; they used a markdown price and did some funky rewiring to cut corners. Then he show d me what my part should look like. Lewis even offered me the faulty part, so that I could take it back to Pep Boys to see if I could get any of my money back. Now that's customer service they don't offer you everywhere. My car was would have been ready same day if it wasn't for that huge lighting storm in the area that knocked some business computer servers out, so I ending up getting my car the next day. It was totally fine though. I waited a little while to do my review because I wanted to see if my engine light would come back on. I'm glad to say there have been no problems. Hay Tire Pros gave me the peace of mind that I needed to get back on the road with a peace of mind. Thanks!

I made an appointment, was taken on time, and finished within an hour for my rotate & balance. Very pleased with the service. The waiting area had tv magazines & water. Highly recommend.

I needed an oil change, windshield wiper fluid, and one of my tires had a leaky valve stem. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick ( I was only in there about an hour). My only issue is that you don’t get an itemized receipt ( I like to keep track of work done) and I don’t believe I received wiper fluid as my gauge light is still on in my car. Other than that, I am pleased with the service at Hay Tires.
