I always trust my vehicles to Hay Tire Pros of Mount Pleasant. They do good work and are friendly every time I am here. Free tire rotation if you buy tires there. Sometimes I stop by and check my tire pressure at no charge. Oil change prices are great too.

Hay Tire is hands down the best shop in town. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly puts the customer first. They explained everything clearly, gave me honest recommendations, and had me back on the road quickly. Pricing was fair, service was top-notch, and I never once felt pressured. My engine light had been coming on since April. I took it to Pep Boyz on Rivers Ave. (Why did I do that? Smh Possibly my desperation in finding someone who could fix it without holding my car anywhere from 10-14 days. While not even guaranteeing that my car would be looked at within that time frame like my dealership was) Anyways, after spending 15000+ dollars at the other establishment and my engine light coming back on two more times, I gave up on PB, and went searching elsewhere. I actually found Hay Tires Pro while reading a negative review on another establishment in the area. They said nothing, but good things. I gave it a shot and I ended up working with Lewis. He's such a polite and professional guy. He keeps you in the loop with what going on with your car. He showed me the crappy job that they did on a part inside my car, that instead of just giving me the option of buying my part from the dealer; they used a markdown price and did some funky rewiring to cut corners. Then he show d me what my part should look like. Lewis even offered me the faulty part, so that I could take it back to Pep Boys to see if I could get any of my money back. Now that's customer service they don't offer you everywhere. My car was would have been ready same day if it wasn't for that huge lighting storm in the area that knocked some business computer servers out, so I ending up getting my car the next day. It was totally fine though. I waited a little while to do my review because I wanted to see if my engine light would come back on. I'm glad to say there have been no problems. Hay Tire Pros gave me the peace of mind that I needed to get back on the road with a peace of mind. Thanks!

I made an appointment, was taken on time, and finished within an hour for my rotate & balance. Very pleased with the service. The waiting area had tv magazines & water. Highly recommend.

I needed an oil change, windshield wiper fluid, and one of my tires had a leaky valve stem. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick ( I was only in there about an hour). My only issue is that you don’t get an itemized receipt ( I like to keep track of work done) and I don’t believe I received wiper fluid as my gauge light is still on in my car. Other than that, I am pleased with the service at Hay Tires.

I would definitely recommend. I've always been given great service, in a timely fashion, and never felt I was pushed or offered services I didn't need (which has happened at other places). Also they're open on Saturdays!

My husband's truck tire was fixed by Hay Tire Pro's and saved us thousands of dollars. They are honest and work fast. He took it to 2 places prior to Hay Tire and they told him that he needed to buy new tires. Hay Tire found the hole and patched it for $30 when two other places told us they couldn't repair it. Tire is holding up perfect and no more tire pressure issues.
