I started going to this location when it was Arnold’s Automotive. It has since became Hay Tire Auto Care but most of the employees from Arnold’s are still there. They have dealt with several issues for me. On all occasions they have been honest and completed the work needed at a reasonable price. They have never recommended anything that didn’t need to be done. This business is trustworthy, competent and honest. I regularly recommend them without reservation to anyone in need of automotive repairs.

Went in with a slow leak caused by a dinged wheel, and a new wheel. They were fast, friendly, professional, and I got out with a non-leaking tire and a smile for $18. WOW! Never going anywhere else.
Great service. I went to Hay’s on recommendation from someone. I’m glad I did. My tire was fixed right away and at a very good price. I highly recommend Hay’s tires in Moncks Corner.
Customer service was very professional and courteous. I had ordered tires to be delivered at the Moncks Corner store. After they had arrived I contacted Hay to confirm and clarify details regarding the tires and the service rep was knowledgeable and quick to assist. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Scott and his team at Hay Tire Pros were just outstanding. My wife and I were about 20 miles from Charleston when we had a flat tire. While waiting for AAA to dispatch a tech we looked up tire companies. We found Hay tire pros and we are glad we did. After waiting for an hour and half and no response we called AAA back to find out a tech was not coming and that they would look for someone else. I cancelled the request for service and called Scott. He recommended Moore towing. We called and they responded within the hour. Sean who arrived towed us in since we had decided we actually needed new tires. Scott ordered the size we needed and said they would be there early Saturday morning. When I called Scott Saturday morning at 8:30 the tires had arrived and they we’re already taking care of the car. Car was ready at 10:30. Both Scott and Sean were terrific and very courteous to us, we highly recommend both companies. Jim and Cathy
